Danny is a NCCA-certified personal trainer, actor, producer and avid adventurer. Danny’s philosophy is born from a never ending curiosity on how to keep your eyes on the prize, and get better while doing it.
He believes that our health and fitness is the key to our bodies being prepared for whatever life throws at us, including our career. With a training background that includes hypertrophy, kettlebells, running, HIIT, and calisthenics, he’s always learning more and putting himself in new shoes to best help the clients. In addition to fitness he considers himself an adventure enthusiast. Having explored the dunes of the Sahara on camel back, walked 500 miles through the mountains of Spain, and fished for 50-inch fish in the Arctic Circle.
Currently he’s training for the TCS NYC Marathon and a Motorcycle trip along the coast of Vietnam.

Whether guiding clients through personalized workout plans or sharing nutritious eating tips, Christian's approach is all about balancing well-being with enjoyment.
